Add your choices of:
wheat germ
whole wheat flour
wheat bran
wheat grits
cornmeal
soy flour, grits or roasted beans
uncooked other cereals such as Ralston, grits, Wheatena and the like
sunflower seeds
sesame seeds
pumpkin seeds, roasted
fresh grated or dried coconut
dry milk solids
chopped nuts
spices, such as cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and the like
Add 1 cup of liquids:
honey

molasses
brown sugar (use 2 tablespoon water with ½ cup sugar)
olive or coconut oil

Mix all ingredients and put into 350 degrees oven, turning every 10 minutes to break apart clumps for 30-60 minutes, or until moisture is cooked off and cereal is a lovely golden brown.

Place in jar or other storage container.
