Anthocyanins… What?
It’s a bioflavonoid. Back in the 70s, bioflavonoids were considered non-essential ingredients in food chemistry. They sold us vitamins without them because Vitamin C, for example, was the active ingredient. The rest didn’t matter.
Research proves otherwise. This one – anthocyanin – is in the color in colorful fruits and veggies. The closer to deep red, blue and black, the more anthocyanins you’ll find.
So what good are they?
- They boost heart health (We’ll come back to this one.).
- They are known to reduce high cholesterol.
- They help fight obesity.
- They boost brain function.
- They work to prevent colds and flu (think elderberry syrup).
- They work as a cancer preventative.
Because they’re instrumental in boosting heart health, they help prevent hemorrhagic fever viruses, such as Marburg and Ebola.
Why is this important?
COVID 19 didn’t do a complete job in suckering us into the New World Order. It began to phase out. People refused to take it seriously.
Enter – a world war orchestrated to distract us so that we’ll be unprepared for the next bioweapon attack.
This time they (from what I can gather from my sources) plan an Ebola-like virus. They’ll show pictures of some people bleeding out of every orifice and collapsing in a puddle of their own blood.
In fact, they already have a vaccine for this next plandemic. But, they are saying the new vaccine has a limited supply. Only those who are completely up-to-date on their shots will be able to get the hemorrhagic fever shot.
